Client Card System
Each client receives a ‘Client Card’ pack. This pack includes their Client Card, a welcome note, a detailed consultation form, written quotes of each service, and some client-specific questionnaire so we have a better understanding of their styling needs.
We provide exceptional customer service and it is our intention to exceed the expectations of our clients. In order to do this we are committed to ongoing education and training for all our staff.
We provide our franchisees with extensive ongoing support to ensure our excellent standard of service is upheld. This means that local onsite training is provided to all franchisees and their staff, as well as business management mentoring, and ongoing advice and support.
The EXECUTIVE HAIR Learning System covers the full-spectrum of roles in the Hair and Beauty industry, from reception skills and administration through to franchise ownership and everything in between. Our training includes junior hairstylist through to the most experienced senior hairstylist.
After final approval by the management team, franchisees undergo one week of in-store training. We provide you with training material that covers information on recruitment, products, suppliers, customer service, financial reporting and marketing. Your Operations Manual is your tool box for the successful running of an Executive Hair salon. Our Road Crew will liaise with you directly, and attend your salon in person, regularly.

The Executive Hair brand offers a greater opportunity for success for a much smaller investment proposition, which makes our franchise unique. Our franchise fees are structured so you pay a one-off investment (which includes a fee to cover initial legal costs). This includes all the equipment, security system, salon fit-out, signage, initial and ongoing marketing and training. Everything you need to start your new business and develop your new clientele.

After the initial investment Executive Hair will deliver everything necessary for the effective launch of your business. The costs of establishment will vary depending on a range of factors, including the particular location, size of venue. For this reason, a range of costs (low to high) is provided to reflect this
All Franchisees contribute 3% Ex GST of gross turnover to the marketing fund, which is used entirely to promote the brand and advertise to clients in the market. An Administration Fee, which is 6% Ex GST of gross turnover. These costs include everything that you require in order to open your store, from the shop fit-out to stock.
